The early-access form on this website (used on the Early Access and Contact pages) collects: first name, last name, email address, and optionally phone number, preferred arrival and departure dates, expected number of guests, villa interest, reason for travel, and any notes or questions you submit. This website does not currently collect any information beyond what you voluntarily submit through that form.
Why We Collect It
This information is used only to contact you about Northwoods Escape's opening, availability, and direct-booking updates, and to respond to any questions you've asked. It is not sold or used for any purpose beyond communicating with you about your interest in staying at Northwoods Escape.
How It Is Stored and Processed
Form submissions are processed through Netlify Forms, a service provided by Netlify (this website's hosting provider), and delivered by email to Northwoods Escape. See Netlify's own privacy policy for how they handle form data on their platform.
Requesting Deletion
You may request that your information be deleted at any time by contacting us through the Contact page. A direct email address for privacy requests: Coming soon.
Cookies and Analytics
This website does not currently run analytics or advertising cookies. If analytics (such as Google Analytics 4) are added in the future, this policy will be updated first, and — where required — a consent mechanism will be added before any non-essential cookies are set.
