Northwoods Escape requires a 3-night minimum stay, 3:00 PM check-in, and 11:00 AM checkout. Each villa allows up to 10 people present at a time and up to 4 overnight, dogs are welcome (up to 2) with a $25 non-refundable deposit, and marijuana is not permitted anywhere on the property.

Stay Times

Occupancy, Per Villa
Both North Villa and South Villa are held to the same limits, applied per villa, not combined:
- Up to 10 people may be present at a villa at one time, including daytime visitors
- Up to 4 people may stay overnight at a villa
- All overnight guests must be registered, and unregistered overnight guests aren’t permitted without written approval
Pets
Dogs are welcome with prior approval, up to 2 per stay, with a $25 non-refundable pet deposit. Guests are expected to clean up after pets both inside and outside, and pets can’t be left unattended for extended periods. Damage beyond normal wear may be charged separately from the deposit.
Quiet Hours and Property Rules
Quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. A few rules worth knowing ahead of time:
- Marijuana, in any form, smoking, vaping, or edibles, is not permitted anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors
- No parties or large gatherings without prior written approval
- Off-street parking only, no street parking
