North Villa
A private, newly built villa with its own entrance, kitchen, living area, bathroom, laundry, deck, grill, heating, and air conditioning. North Villa sits on Eagle Ridge Golf Course, directly in front of Hole 6, and is attached to South Villa under one roof, so it's easy for a second group to stay close by while keeping fully separate spaces. Guests never share indoor living space between the two villas.
North Villa opens December 15, 2026.
